Refills

We make every attempt to ship stock orders the next business day by Priority Mail, insured, with delivery confirmation.  We use a flat rate of $8.00 per order to a single destination.  We do not ship outside the United States.

Custom orders will be quoted a lead time via return email, based on our inventory and/or our suppliers lead time for components.

In the rare event that we will miss our ship date by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or phone to discuss options.

We package every order with the same care that we put into the manufacturing of our product, but a shipment is sometimes damaged or lost in transit. 

If your shipment is damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately.  We will work with you and the Post Office to resolve your situation as quickly as possible.  DO NOT return the items without contacting us.  Doing so may invalidate your claim.

We cannot control what happens to your shipment once it leaves our hands.  We trust in and use the USPS for our personal and business needs. 

Payment & Security

We accept payment thru PayPal. They have an excellent reputation and are capable of securing your credit card information better than we could hope to.  By design, American Wood Pens does not collect, receive or store your credit card information.  We do not accept checks due to the additional administrative costs and associated shipping delays.
